Returns
We do not allow returns, all sales are final.
You, the purchaser must be the the credit card or debit card cardholder in order to contact Clean Comfort Filters when an error has been made during a purchase. We will not discuss a purchase with someone else on your behalf, nor will we cancel transactions under like circumstances. If you did not make a purchase with us and believe fraudulent charges have been made on your card, contact your credit card company immediately. If your shipping address doesn’t match your card statement address we will not ship the product as both must match and you will not be charged.
Authorized Returns
If you have contacted us regarding a return and the return has been authorized, the return must meet specific criteria as listed below.
- You must have a return authorization number.
- The box must be unopened and sealed in original packing tape.
- You the sender are required to pay for shipping charges.
- You the sender must provide a tracking number with in 4 hours of delivery to shipping facility.
- Upon arrival of the returned box, it must not be damaged.
- The shipment must require a signature.
These requirements and policy may change without notice at our discretion.
